     1 x Clean-High-Pull +
     1 x Hang-Power-Clean +
     1 x Front Squat +

          6 Sets, Resting as Needed

A)  Build to a heavy set of 4 x Deadlift
          (light sets of 5, moderate sets of 3, and heavy singles)

B)  5 x Strict Press @ 75#
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec

C)  After your last set of strict press, pick a pair of Dumbbells that are
      roughly 40% of what you just did and perform 3 max-rep sets of Dumbbell
      strict press. Take 15 breaths in between sets.
