Three Rounds of:
- Push-press @ 75/55#
- Sumo-Deadlift-High-Pull @ 75/55#
- Wall Ball
- Row (Concept II)
- Box Jump @ 24/20"

  Do one minute at each exercise, moving quickly to the next station for the next minute.
  Following five minutes of work total, the round will end, and one minute of Rest will be between rounds.
