B)  "Secret Service Snatch Test"
     Perform as many Kettlebell Snatches as possible in 10 minutes, alternating hands as desired. Kettlebell may be set down as desired
     for "official rules." "Tier One" rules state that the Kettlebell may change hands only once and may not be set down; any rest taken
     is with the Kettlebell overhead in the locked out position.
