A)  3 x Deadlift @ 70%, 80%, then 90% for more reps if possible
          3 sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  Every Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes of:
     Odd:  12 x Pull-up (strict and unbroken)
     Even:  12 x Kettlebell Deadlift @ 2 x 1.5/1 pood
