A)  5 x Single-arm Clean & Jerk (each side) @ 1.5/1 pood +
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec

B)  30 seconds work/30 seconds rest : 3 intervals each station
     - Row ("Rest" at slower pace)
     - Wall Ball ("Rest" holding ball)
     - Push-up ("Rest" holding plank)
