     2 x Back Squat @ 95%
     1 x Back Squat @ 100%
     3 x Back Squat @ 90% + 5#
     2 x Back Squat @ 95% + 5#
     1 x Back Squat @ 100% + 5#

B)  75 x Overhead Squat @ 95#
          In as few sets as possible
