Partners rotate as relief needed, P1 work is accumulated by both partners:

A) P1: Row 3000m
    P2: Hold Slosh Pipe overhead for duration

B) P1: 150 x Kettlebell swings @ 1.5 pood
    P2: Dead hang for duration

C) P1: 75 x Ball Slam @ 30#
    P2: Ring plank hold for duration
