"5 Breaths"

Each exercise done as a Breathing Ladder with 2 minutes rest between exercises.

- Deadlift @ Bodyweight (breath in hang position)
- Man-makers @ 2x 35# dumbbell (breath in plank position)
- Airsquat (breath in squat hold legs parallel to ground)
- Knee raise on dip support (breath with knees above hip level)
- Kettlebell Clean @ 2x 1.5 pood (breath holding in rack position)
