A)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 minutes of:
     10 x Double-under +
     20 x Push-up +
     30 x Kettlebell Swing @ 1.5 pood

B)  10 x Forward Lunge @ 2 x 1.5 pood in Rack Position
          3 Sets, Resting 90 sec
