     12 x Ring Dip
          6 Sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  Death by Pull-ups:
     1 x Pull-up in 1st min
     2 x Pull-up in 2nd min
     3 x Pull-up in 3rd min
     Continue until unable to complete the number of reps in the minute
