    5 x Box Jump @ > 36"
       5 sets, resting 90sec

B) P1: Row 3000m @ < 1:55/500m pace
    P2: Rack hold @ 2x 1.5pood Kettlebell for duration P1
    P3: Rest
       Rotate as needed for duration
