A)  5 x Tire Flip
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec

B)  3 x Stopping Front Squat @ 50% (2-second Pause)
          8 Sets, Resting 60 sec

C)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 minutes of:
     10 x Burpee/Tuck-Jump +
     10 x Kettlebell Swing @ 1.5/1 pood
