A)  "Beast Builder" @ weight that allows unbroken grip for all 8 reps
     Every Minute on the Minute for 7 minutes:
     7 x Hang Squat Clean (unbroken) +
     1 x Jerk
          (subtract 1 clean and add 1 jerk each minute)

B)  Two Rounds for Time of:
     400m Run +
     15 x Burpee +
     15 x Toes-to-Bar
