A)  5 x Front Squat 85% +
     20 x Single-leg Squat (10 each leg)
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec

B)  5 x Deadlift @ 85% +
     20 x Single-leg Single-arm Deadlift (each leg/arm combo 5 reps)
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec
