     10 x Dumbbell Clean & Jerk @ 2 x 35/20# +
     10 x Push-up

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 minutes of:
     15 x Deadlift @ 115/75# +
     10 x Ring Dip +
     5 x Overhead Squat @ 115/75#
