A)  5 x Air Squat +
     5 x Box Jump +
     5 x Frog Hop (high)
          5 Sets, Resting 60 sec

B)  4 x Front Squat @ 85%
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec

C)  6 x Deadlift/Bent-over Row Combo @ 3/5 Bodyweight
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec
