     5 x Round the World +
     5 x Figure-8 +
     5 x Single-arm Swing +
     5 x Single-arm Snatch

B)  One Triplet Every 30 seconds for Ten Minutes:
     Clean/Front Squat/Hang Power Clean

C)  Secret Service Fitness Test:
     As Many Repetitions of Kettlebell Snatch in 10 minutes @ 1.5 pood men, 1 pood women
