A)  1 x Squat Clean +
     2 x Front Squat
          3 sets

B)  2 x Squat Clean +
     1 x Front Squat
          4 sets

C)  3 x Squat Clean
          3 sets

D)  Accumulate 300 sec Ring Plank
          Various Positions
