A)  5 minutes to find Heavy Muscle Snatch +
     5 minutes to find Heavy Drop Snatch +
     5 minutes to find Heavy Overhead Squat +
     5 minutes to find Heavy Squat Snatch

B)  Every 3 Minutes for 18 Minutes of:
     10 x Burpee +
     25m Bear Crawl +
     25m Sled Pull +
     20 x Sit-up
