1 x Overhead Squat
6 Sets, Resting 90 sec
*Start @ 55% of Snatch 1RM and progress 5-10# each set, a miss means back down to 55% and work up again
B) Three Rounds for Time of:
400m Run +
20 x Wall Ball +
15 x Box Jump @ 24/20"
