A)  For Time: (16 min Time Cap)
     30 second Airdyne Sprint between each "Rung" of the Ladders
     Pull-up (strict)
     10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2
     Handstand Push-up
     2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10

B)  As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 6 minutes of:
     10 x Alternating Single-arm Dumbbell Squat Snatch @ 55/40# +
     15 x GHD Sit-up +
     2 x Rope Climb
