A)  Work up to Heavy 3-Rep Deadlift
     *Use light triples, moderate doubles, and heavy singles, controlling the bar up and down; hand-release at bottom

B)  Max Reps Bench Press @ 3/4 Bodyweight
          5 Sets, Resting 180 sec
