A)  Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes of:
     5 x Back Squat @ 70%

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 minutes of:
     21 x Dumbbell Snatch @ 50/35# +
     30 x Double-under +
     15 x Single-arm Kettlebell Sit-up +
     30 x Double-under +
     9 x Ring Dip +
     30 x Double-under
