A)  18 x Deadlift @ same weight as last week
          2 sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 minutes of:
     30 cal Row +
     25m Burpee/Broad Jump +
     20 x GHD Sit-up +
     15 x Shoulder-to-Overhead @ 165/125# +
     10 x Bar Muscle-up
