     2 x Squat Clean @ 75% +
     1 x Jerk @ 75%

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 9 minutes of:
     50 x Double-under +
     40 x Push-up +
     30 x Sit-up +
     20 x Kettlebell Swing @ 1.5/1 pood
