     10 x Jump Squat +
     10 x Clap-Push-up +
     5 x PVC Press +
     5 x PVC Halo

B)  1 x Front Squat @ 100%
          20 minutes to find

C)  Every :40 for 10 rounds:
     3 x Front Squat @ 75%
