          3 Sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  Five Rounds with a Kettlebell:
     5 x Round-the-World (each direction) +
     5 x Figure-8 (each direction) +
     5 x Single-arm Clean (each arm) +
     5 x Push-Press (each arm)
     5 x Windmill (each side)
