It's back to school BJJ for those returning from summer break.


A)  "15.4"
     Complete as Many reps as Possible in 8 minutes of:
     3 x Handstand Push-up +
     3 x Clean @ 185/125# +
     6 x Handstand Push-up +
     3 x Clean @ 185/125# +
     9 x Handstand Push-up +
     3 x Clean @ 185/125# +
     12 x Handstand Push-up +
     6 x Clean @ 185/125# +
     15 x Handstand Push-up +
     6 x Clean @ 185/125# +
    18 x Handstand Push-up +
     6 x Clean @ 185/125# +
     21 x Handstand Push-up +
     9 x Clean @ 185/125# 
          Etc. adding 3 reps to the Handstand Push-up each round and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

B)  75m Run
          4 Sprints, Resting 120 sec
