A)  5 x Single-arm Clean @ 1.5/1 pood +
     10 x Single-arm Jerk @ 1.5/1 pood
          5 Sets(each side), Resting 90 sec

B)  30 seconds work/30 seconds rest : 4 intervals each station
          - Sledgehammer ("Rest" holding hammer)
          - Rowing ("Rest" at slower pace)
          - Ball Slam ("Rest" holding ball)
          - Push-up ("Rest" holding plank)
