A)  Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes of:
     Odd:  3 - 5 x Pull-up (strict)
     Even: 6 x Deadlift @ 225/155#

B)  45 sec Handstand +
     8 - 10 x Ring Push-up +
     12 x Box Step-down @ 2 x 1.5/1 pood in Rack Position
