    20 x Push-up +
    20 x Ball Slam @ 30# +
    15 x Push-up +
    15 x Ball Slam @ 30# +
    10 x Push-up +
    10 x Ball Slam @ 30# +
     5 x Push-up +
     5 x Ball Slam @ 30#

B) Slosh pipe hold for time +
    Tuck hang for time (knees above hips)
        3 sets, resting 1 min
