A)  1 x 3-Position-Snatch (Pockets-Hang-Floor) @ 70%
          6 sets, Resting 90 sec

B)  As Many Repetitions as Possible in 6 minutes of:
     5 x Overhead Squat @ 95/65# +
     5 x Pull-up (chest-to-bar)

B)  Rest 120 sec

C)  As Many Repetitions as Possible in 6 minutes of:
     15 x Thruster @ 75/55# +
     6 x Pull-up (chest-to-bar)
          *goal for bot AMRAP sets is unbroken
