     10 x Single-leg Squat Touchdown (each leg) +
     10 x Split-Jumps (each leg)
          5 Sets, Resting 90 sec

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 minutes of:
     10 x Hip-heist +
     10 x Sit-up +
     10 x Double-under
