B)  5 x Forward Lunge (each leg, alternating) @ 2 x 1.5/1 pood (rack position)
          3 Sets, Resting 120 sec

C)  5 x Lateral Lunge (each direction, alternating) @ 2 x 1.5/1 pood (rack position)
          3 Sets, Resting 120 sec
