A)  12 x Back Squat @ 60% +
     12 x Forward Lunge @ 2 x 1.5 pood Kettlebell in Rack Position
          3 Sets, resting 60 sec

B)  Eight Rounds for Time of:

     8 x Kettlebell Snatch (each side) @ 1.5 pood +
     8 x Windmill (each side) @ 1.5 pood +
     8 x Round-the-World (each direction) @ 1.5 pood +
     8 x Figure 8 (each side) @ 1.5 pood
