     10 x Front Squat @ 2 x 1.5/1 pood +
     30 steps Walking Lunge
          5 Sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  Three Rounds for Max Time of:
     20 x Kettlebell Swing @ 2/1.5 pood +
     Dead Hang (pull-up bar) to Fail
