A) 3 x Overhead Squat @ 85%
       6 Sets, Resting 120sec

B) Using the same barbell without putting it down @ 95#/65#:
     Overhead squat to failure +
     Front Squat to failure +
     Back Squat to failure

C) 100m Walking Lunge
