A)  10 x Strict Knees-to-Elbows +
     5 x Strict Pull-up
          3 Sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  8 Tabatas Each:
     - Thruster @ 95/65# (barbell must be held overhead or in front during rest)
     - Push-up (plank hold during rest)
