A)  Every Minute on the Minute for 15 minutes:
     1 x Clean & Jerk
          (add 5# each time, dropping back to start weight every 5th Round)

B)  Every 2 Minutes for 20 minutes:
     3 x Muscle-up +
     5 x Power Clean @ 185/135# +
     7 x Burpee
