A)  Four Rounds of:
     50 x Single-under +
     20 steps Walking Lunge with Twist +
     5 x Burpee

B)  (1:00 work / :30 Rest) for Five Intervals at each:
     - Double-under
     - Wall Ball
     - Handstand Push-up
     - Airdyne
     - Kettlebell Swing
