8 Tabata Intervals of each exercise with active rest:
  - Knees-to-Elbows: hold in L-Hang
  - Bottom-up Air Squat: hold in Squat at parallel
  - Mountain Climbers: hold in Plank (any style)
  - Kettlebell Swings @ 1.5pood/1pood: hold Kettlebell
  - Sit-up: hold V-sit
