A)  Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes of:
     3 x Muscle Snatch

     Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes of:
     1 x Power Snatch +
     2 x Drop Snatch

     Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes of:
     2 x Squat Snatch

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 minutes of:
     30 x Double-under +
     15 x Snatch @ 75/55#
