Warming up for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ)


A)  Find 1RM Deadlifdt
          20 minutes to establish

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 minutes of:
     2 x Kettlebell Thruster @ 2 x 1.5 pood +
     2 x Pull-up (chest-to-bar) +
     4 x Kettlebell Thruster @ 2 x 1.5 pood +
     4 x Pull-up (chest-to-bar) + ...
          continue to add 2 reps to each exercise each round until the end
