A)  Work up to a Heavy set of 3 x Deadlift
          Light sets of 5, Medium sets of 3, heavy sets of 1

B)  Every Minute on the Minute for 16 minutes of:
     Odd Minutes - 7 x Burpee Box Jump
     Even Minutes - 10 x Pull-up (chest-to-bar)
