A) As Many Repetitions as Possible in 12 minutes of:
(add 3 repetitions each round for first 8 minutes)

3 x Toes-to-Bar +
6 x Wall Ball +
6 x Toes-to-Bar +
...
B) 300 sec Rest
C) 10 minutes to work up to Max Weight Clean & Jerk
(limited to 5 attempts at Max Weight)
