     (add 3 repetitions each round for first 8 minutes)
    
3 x Wall Ball +
     3 x Toes-to-Bar +
     6 x Wall Ball +
     6 x Toes-to-Bar +
     ...

B)  300 sec Rest

C)  10 minutes to work up to Max Weight Clean & Jerk
     (limited to 5 attempts at Max Weight)
