Hell's Ladder

    Each of the Following, resting 2 minutes between: 1 - 6 - 1
        *    Overhead Squat (Bar stays overhead until the end of ladder) @ 65# Men, 45# Women
        *    Burpee / Pull-up (Rest in push-up position or plank, or start from beginning for losing position)
        *    Kettlebell Swing (Don't put down until end of ladder) @ 2 pood Men, 1 pood Women
