A)  Work up to 1RM Strict Press
          * 25 Minute Time Limit

B)  Every Three Minutes for 15 minutes of:
     1 x Power Clean +
     1 x Split Jerk +
     1 x Hang-Squat-Clean +
     1 x Front Squat
