A)  Every Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes of:
     Odd:  10 x Single-leg Deadlift @ 1.5/1 pood
     Even:  10 x Clapping Push-up

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 8 minutes of:
     20 x Medball Squat Clean +
     1 x Rope Ascent
