A)  Every :90 seconds for 8 Intervals of:
     3 x Deadlift @ 75 - 80%

B)  As Many Rounds as Possible in 17 minutes of:
     8 x Deadlift @ 40% +
     12 x Burpee/Box-overs @ 24/20" +
     20 x Toes-to-Bar
