A)  5 x Deadlift @ 85% +
     5 x Single-arm OH Squat @ 1.5 pood Kettlebell (each arm)
          5 Sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  Three Rounds for Time of:

          800 m Run +
          50 x Burpee +
          50 x Sit-up
