A)  2 x Deadlift @ 90% +
     20 steps Walking Lunge
          6 Sets, Resting 120 sec

B)  As Many Reps as Possible in 10 minutes of:
     (all @ 1 pood)
     5 x Kettlebell Round-the-World (each direction) +
     5 x Single-arm Kettlebell Swing (each arm, alternate)
