A)  One Triplet every 30 sec for 10 min of:
     1 x Clean @ 2 x 1.5 pood +
     1 x Front Squat @ 2 x 1.5 pood +
     1 x Hang Clean @ 2 x 1.5 pood

B)  3 x Front Squat @ 80%
          5 Sets, Resting 120 sec
